Every piece is made to the highest standards, but slight variations in finish, size, or colour may occur due to artisanal craftsmanship and natural materials such as the gemstones.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in British Pound and may be updated without notice.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order.
  • We accept all types of credit & debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay as form of payment

4. Orders & Fulfilment

  • Orders are subject to availability. In the rare event a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with options — replacement, store credit, or refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on destination and courier service. Delivery dates are estimates only.
  • Shree is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processes.
  • Once delivered, responsibility for the product passes to the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene and product care standards, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase and photos.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Customised or personalised pieces are non-refundable.

7. Jewellery Care & Warranty

  • All jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, tarnishing, accidental damage, or improper storage.
  • Care guidelines are provided with your order — following them will help preserve your jewellery’s beauty.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Shree shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages from the use of our website or products.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Great Britain. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Great Britain.
