At Shree each piece of jewellery is crafted with care, using premium sterling silver and ethically sourced natural gemstones.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your piece is not exactly as you envisioned, we are here to assist you.
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Jewellery must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned in its original box and packaging
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless found to be faulty
- Bespoke, engraved, or custom-designed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
How to Arrange a Return
- Contact Our Client Care Team – Email - info@shree-jewellery.com with your order number and request
- Approval & Instructions – Once approved, you will receive return details and the designated return address
- Secure Shipping – Please return items using an insured and trackable service. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels in transit
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return
- Funds will be returned to your original method of payment
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Faults & Craftsmanship Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your piece arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund.
