Shipping & Returns

How long will it take?

Items will be posted Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is usually within 1-2 business working days (excluding public holidays) however we do advise that sometimes this may take up to 3-5 business working days should items be posted on a weekend.

Royal Mail will provide a unique tracking reference number which you will be provided with once your order has been successfully shipped, this will allow you to track your items whereabouts and know exactly when it is about to reach you. The shipment will come with compensation cover so should you have any issues, Royal Mail will be able to support.

Please note international orders may take longer and we will quote an estimated shipping time and cost at the time the order is placed (based on your location).

Will I have to pay Customs & Duty Tax?

Please note, should you be ordering internationally then your item may be subject to VAT, customs and duty tax. This is an additional cost to the purchase of your item and is not covered by Shree.

You shall be responsible for any import tax/costs associated with your country so please check with your local authorities beforehand. Once the bracelets leave us we trust our shipping partners to deliver to you within the specified timescales however sometimes this may vary. Please contact us should you have any difficulties or the shipping company directly.

What if I don’t receive my order?

All items are posted using a tracked postal service and will come with compensation cover for your item. Should you not receive your parcel, please contact the shipping company directly (Royal Mail) who will take you through their compensation process. Please note, once your item has been shipped, we cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered items, this will be covered by the shipping company directly.

Can I return my item?

Each item is bespoke and handmade with love and care especially for you and therefore we do not offer a refund on any of our items once sold. This is due to the specific gemstones that we use and each order being custom made. We do however want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and therefore may offer an exchange for another item of the same value. Please note, return shipping costs are not covered by Shree.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to advise us of your intention to cancel. Please note, cancellations cannot be made once the item has been shipped. Email address: info@shree-jewellery.com

Size’s

Our bracelets are made to a standard size (19cm) however we understand you may need a smaller or larger size based on your wrist. In this instance we ask that you measure your wrist with a tape measure and email us an accurate size after placing your order. As each item is custom made, this is not a problem. Please do however note that we may charge extra depending on size as additional gemstones will be required and we will confirm this to you via email when we receive your specific size details.

Care & Guarantee

How should I care for my bracelet?

At Shree we take the utmost care in sourcing the best quality stones & materials to use in our bracelets. These stones are hand selected and checked during the time the bracelets are made to ensure you get nothing less than the best.

Below we have constructed a “How to care for your product guide” to ensure you look after these precious bracelets to the best you can preventing any damage to them.

  • Be careful when putting the bracelet on and taking it off

  • Do not stretch the cord excessively

  • Clean your bracelets with a soft cloth at all times polishing the stones

  • Avoid wearing the bracelets in water

  • Do not use any cleaning products on the stones

  • Keep cosmetics, perfumes and hairsprays away from the stones

  • Store the bracelets in the pouches/boxes provided when not in use

What is my guarantee and what does it cover?

All 925 spacer beads and stoppers come with a 12 month guarantee, covering any cz stones set inside the beads, please email us should you require support on info@shree-jewellery.com.

Please ensure you keep the original proof of purchase as this will be required should you need to make such a claim. 

Please note, your guarantee does not cover general wear and tear of the item.
