How long will my Shree order take to arrive?

All orders within the UK are delivered within 3–5 business days. For international shipping, please allow around 5 business days.

We use trusted couriers like DHL and Royal Mail, offering tracked and signed delivery for your peace of mind. Please ensure your full and accurate address is provided at checkout.

Does Shree jewellery come with a guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee on all our pieces, covering any production-related faults.

Our natural gemstones come with a lifetime energy guarantee, ensuring their essence and vibrancy remain intact. Please note: general wear and tear is not covered.

Will I be able to track my Shree order?

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order number and tracking link, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

How is my Shree jewellery packaged?

Each piece is beautifully packaged in a branded Shree pouch, which helps preserve the natural energy of the gemstones. It is then placed inside a protective box to ensure safe delivery.

When not wearing your jewellery, we recommend storing it in the pouch to maintain its energy and condition.

What is your refund or return policy?

As Shree is a handset, bespoke jewellery brand, each piece is made to order. Therefore, we do not offer refunds.

However, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our philosophy. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange for another item that better suits your needs.
